Chris Kantowicz is the Director of Strategy at ISIS. His role is to initiate and develop strategic partnerships, programs, and projects. He also contributes to operational planning and supports ISIS team members managing projects in the low carbon economy research area.
Chris has a MBA from the Sauder School of Business at UBC with specializations in both Sustainability and Strategic Management. Highlights of his previous work experience include:
- Seven years leading the most successful commercial theatre production in Chicago history: Blue Man Group – Chicago
- The development of a “Promising Practices Guide for Reducing Risk in the Creation of Employment Development Social Enterprises” for the Canadian Mental Health Association
- Manager of Ceremonies at VANOC which involved the planning and management of ceremonies and events for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games
- Project Lead on Project Blue Sky, a public engagement social media campaign leading up to the 2010 Vancouver Winter Games that encouraged active living and sustainable transportation choices.
